Key questions include:
- How does 3DAM support the competitive advantage of the firm?
- Does 3 DAM redefine the value chain of the firm and how are mainstream activities and new capabilities linked?
- How are old and new value chains governed and re-organized locally and at the international level?
- What are the performance consequences of 3 DAM?
