Wednesday, July 29th a delegation lead by Dario Tamburrano (EU parliament member) visited our 3D@UniPV Lab.

After a brief presentation of the strategic plan 3D@UniPV by Prof. Ferdinando Auricchio, the delegation has visited Proto-Lab to get an overview of the on-going projects and the possible applications of 3D printing.

The meeting has also focused on the upcoming National and European calls addressing the support of new technologies, such as 3D printing. The EU parliament and its members are getting more and more interested in this topic and its impact on social and economical environment.
