Qualification of Additively Manufactured Metallic Materials for Use in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries
3D@UniPV, in collaboration with Valvitalia Spa, will host the American Petroleum Institute (API) Committee 20S “Qualification of Additively Manufactured Metallic Materials for Use in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries” between February 11-13, 2020.
API is leader in developing equipment and operating standards for petrol, natural gas and petrochemicals maintaining standards and recommended practices widely cited by the international regulatory community. The API 20S 1st edition will be organized in a three-days convention on qualification of metallic materials manufactured through 3D printing for petroleum and natural gas industries, with speakers from API, Aidro Hydraulics, Chevron, Conoco Phillips, Kennametal, TWI, Weatherford.
