Engineering and Medical science work together to create a new platform which simplifies the dialogue between surgeon, radiologist and pathologist with the help of 3d printing technology. The project, led by Prof. Andrea Pietrabissa (Department of Clinical-Surgical, Diagnostic and Pediatric Sciences) and Prof. Ferdinando Auricchio (Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture), is 100% financed (€ 380.000) by the Ministry of Health.
