Pedagogy - a
Title: Play, fantasies, fairy tales

Psychoanalysts who have studied early childhood recognize the importance of symbolic phenomena in the development of personality and in the growth process. Dramatic play, story telling, verbalization of fantasies are externalizations of inner feelings which, if developed and socialized, can contribute to an emotional education and offer a start to more mature
symbolic expressions. The review of some “classics” of child psychoanalysis that have devoted their attention to the theme of play and storytelling (including Freud, M. Klein, B. Bettelheim, D. Winnicott) will allow us to reflect on the conditions for a"Pedagogy of the symbolic" whose hallmarks will be presented in the course.
