Learning outcomes
The course aims at welcoming fresh students, comparing students' expectations towards university with university's expectations towards them, pointing out the goals of university studies and providing students with some basic study tools.
Course contents
The course is divided into three parts: a) welcome and presentation of the university experience; b) seven lessons dedicated to basic study tools; c) joint evaluation of the course.
Teaching methods
Lessons include presentation of relevant topics .

Assessment methods
Students' assessment is carried out by means of an online test.
