Learning outcomes
The course explores a theme, a text or an author of particular importance for the history of philosophy from Kant to the present, through critical analysis of works, of methodological issues and of more meaningful interpretations.
Course contents
“Being and Time” by M. Heidegger.
The course covers one of the most significant and difficult works of twentieth-century philosophy: “Being and Time” by Martin Heidegger. The lessons intended to provide an overall interpretation of the text and to shed light on its peculiarities by comparison with both nineteenth-century authors such as Kant, Kierkegaard and Nietzsche, and the fundamental thesis of Husserl's phenomenology.
