Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide the fundamentals of management and entrepreneurship. Starting from the analysis of the role of business in modern industrial systems, the course introduces the role of the entrepreneur, the concept of strategy and an overview of the different business functions. The course provides students a comprehensive view of the enterprise, whose specific subject will be explored in subsequent years.

- Resources and capabilities in strategy formulation.

- The nature and sources of competitive advantage.

- Industry evolution and strategic change.
