Learning outcomes
Acquire specific skills on the problems of conservation of cultural heritage in museums, archives and libraries in relation to the confined physical environment in which they are located, in relation to the microclimatic conditions
Acquire the ability to conduct campaigns to measure physical quantities in the environment. Overview of control techniques
Course contents
Physical environmental parameters of indoor environments
Quality of the indoor environment: temperature, relative humidity, acoustics, lighting.
Microclimatic parameters: properties.
Overview of the lighting engineering parameters.
Notes on the acoustics of the environments
