Learning outcomes
Course purpose is to provide students with tools and concept to understand and governing organizational structures, logics and actions, communication processes and narrative strategies
Course contents
The course is organized by three modules: First module will present main organizational model and organization-environment relations aiming at understanding organizations' functioning and relational processes dynamics (M. Vaira); The second module will deal with main communication strategy model with particular focus on marketing tools in order to understand their functioning and to detect their constutive parts (F. Ceravolo); Finally the third module will present techniques to build up narrative strategies for organizational identity and for the elaboration of communication and business relation. Storytelling techniques will be also presented (A. Fontana)palns

For the first two modules lecture notes will be available at CLU photocopy shop.

Assessment methods
Exam is written and unified with questions related to each module.
Mark is the mathematical average of marks obtained in each part
