Course contents
The course aims to develop in the first part, in the First section of Economics, the Principles that are the basis of Economic Theory, both as a reference to Macroeconomics and its application to the realities of the market and business. Will be discussed later, the basic concepts of Statistics and Financial Mathematics, applying them also with operational view of the financial world. The Second part, relating to the Construction Evaluation, will illustrate the estimation theories, defining, with the use of the different methods applicable, the possible valuations of real estate, also addressing the strategic and managerial choices of projects.

Program of the Course
Economics • 1. Elements of Economics: Economic Theories, the Market of Supply and Demand, production, macro-economics, risk analysis. • 2. Elements of Statistics: collection and processing of data, averages, data representation. • 3. Elements of Financial Mathematics: capital interest, mast; simple and compound interest; capital, trade discount, current value; periodic values, annuity, fractional rate; allocation.


Civil Evaluation • 1. Estimative Logic; Estimated bill of quantities; • 2. Basis for estimates; Urban and rural evaluation.
