Learning outcomes
This course deals with philosophical problems concening legal and normative systems. In particular, the course deals with the analysis of normative language (with reference to the semantic, syntactic and pragmatic features of law).
Course contents
This course is composed of two parts. The first (held by prof. S. Colloca) concerns the dynamic aspect of law, the second (held by prof. A. G. Conte) concerns the relationship between truth and validity.
Teaching methods
The lectures are conducted with a dialogical method and an analytical approach.
Reccomended or required readings
The students who attend the lectures can define the set texts together with the lecturers.
For the students who do not attend the lectures, the set texts are the following:
