Advanced language level.
Learning outcomes
The course offers to the students a wide range of notions about some representative literary works of the period. Students should be able to understand, translate c0rrectly into Italian and comment the selected texts.
Course contents
The course examines German literature from Realism to Exile Literature. On the basis of a wide anthology in PDF formt and of some texts to be analyzed in full, it is intended to illustrate the variety of problematic issues relating to individual works, the literary genres, with links to the history and culture of the period.
Teaching methods
Lectures based on powerpoint slides, written texts, videos and films.
