Prerequisiti
Basic knowledge of innovation management and strategic marketing. Fundamentals of banking and insurance strategy will be introduced at the beginning of the course.
Obiettivi formativi
The aim of the course is to give an overview of the scenarios and strategies in the banking, insurance and financial services (BFSI) industry and the role of innovation and Fintech.
After analysing different case studies the students will be able to understand the driver and output of innovation in the BFSI industry.

Metodi didattici
A few frontal lectures (supplemented with examples) followed by a simulation (design thinking - group work); flipped classes with discussions and debates; a series of business cases also presented by firm representatives; final Innovation Lab.

Modalità verifica apprendimento
Learning assessment is based on:
- individual contribution to classroom debate;
- outcomes of interactive exercises (individual or teamwork).
