History of Roman Law deepens a single part of Roman law (private or public) to put the students in contact with its sources and documents.

Teaching methods
The comparison with the ancient sources, historical and legal is constant. When possible, the lessons are introduced with the examination of photocopies of documents distributed to students. To the students is made available a written description of the main content of the course - illustrated during each lesson - in the form of global summary of the topics.

Assessment methods
The exam consists of an oral examination, which includes an adequate number of questions to assess the candidate's knowledge. Knowledge and critical understanding of the content are checked. The vote is the vote of the media assigned to each answer.
