Learning outcomes
The course covers the main areas of Italian Private Law and its aim is to expand students'' knowledge of its principles.
Course contents
The course in Private Law will focus on the law of contract, with particular emphasis on the formation and performance of a contract, as well as illegal and void contracts. Students are expected to have a thorough knowledge of all the coursework on contracts (general part) already acquired during the courses on Private Law principles.
