Learning outcomes
As a general introduction to Roman Law, the course provides the main tools needed to expand students'' knowledge of Western legal thought from a historical perspective.
Course contents
The course focuses on the following areas: Roman Citizenship and Roman Identity in Republican Rome, at the time of the Principate and during the Later Roman Empire.
