Prerequisites
Basic knowledge provided by Organizational Psychology course is suggested.
Learning outcomes
This course aims to provide students with knowledge concerning occupational well-being, with a focus on the main psycho-social risk factors within work environments. A specific focus will regard mobbing (theoretical and practical aspects).
Course contents
- Work stress and psycho-social risk factors
- The role of individual features
- Theoretical models of psycho-social risks
- Mobbing: definition, features, conflict prevention and management, individual support
Teaching methods
For the A.A. 2023/2024 the course will be conducted in the presence. Materials will be available on Kiro website.

Assessment methods
The assessment consists in an oral examination.

Students who will attend at least 80% of the lessons and who chose this course for the first time in the present AY can do the final exam as "attending students".
