Knowledge of the main theories in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology.

This course will give to students the main knowledge about the training processes in organizational contexts. The focus will be on both individual and contextual factors able to influence training outcomes. The course will examine the main theories and applicative issues typical of the training processes in organizational contexts.

The course will focus on:
The emerging training models
- Development of skills in the workplace
- Training process: the phases
- Role of the organization in job learning
- New technologies and learning processes
- Focus on Millennials and Professionals in educational design
- Social Leadership and virtual teams
- Empowerment: Coaching, mentoring and job crafting

The program is identical for attending and non-attending students.

Interactive lessons, exercises, simulations, case studies.

In accordance with the Didactic Technical Instruction 2021-22, the lessons will be in the presence and guaranteed the use of the material relating to the lessons with the possibility of downloading the lesson and consulting the slides or other teaching material from the KIRO university platform.
The possibility of teaching with a blended method, namely in the case the number of subscribers is greater than the capacity of the classroom, according to the sanitary standards, two groups will be made one in the presence and one at a distance with weekly rotation. At the beginning of the course, notice will be given regarding this delivery method.
