Prerequisites
Learning outcomes
Know the theoretical elements of management and the schools of organizational thought. The learning outcomes, mirroring the objectives, will be linked to the achievement of mastery in the knowledge of organizational thinking in the different schools of thought developed during the twentieth century.
Course contents
The course aims to bring the student to be familiar with the planning of organizational changes with particular reference to both nursing and obstetric care aspects.
For this purpose, some models will be presented to analyze the organizational context, the conception of a project and its implementation phases as well as the possibility of defining a design path on a problem / objective identified by the student.
Teaching methods
Traditional lessons assisted by the study of articles considered as strategic for improving the study of the topic.

Assessment methods
Verification of the actual possession of the required knowledge takes place through the administration of a test prepared by the lecturer of the course of study which aims to ascertain any training deficiencies and to prepare targeted recovery activities. The test will be based on knowledge of the theoretical elements of management and organizational schools of thought, as well as on the models used to analyze the organizational context. In the event that the verification is successful, the test results will be sent to the student in thirty.
