Learning outcomes
The class aims to give students an introduction to Italian private law (as "law in books" and as "law in action").
Course contents
Introduction. Sources of law. Human and non-human legal entities. Personality rights (with special attention to privacy law). Property law: ownership and possession. Law of obligations. Contracts: formation, fundamental and accidental elements; contractual effects; remedies. Non-contractual liability.
No: family law; law of succession.
