Learning outcomes
The course aims to inform students about the principles of dietetics in the main diseases in which nutritional interest is paramount.
Course contents
The pathologies treated during the course, with also references from an etiopathogenitic, epidemiological and diagnostic point of view, are the following: overweight and obesity (with reference to a low-calorie diet and nutritional counseling), cardiovascular diseases (with reference to a low-sodium diet) and hypolipidic).
