Course contents
- Introduction to sustainability and the UN SDGs
- The business case for sustainability. Stakeholder theory. From CSR to CSV
- Innovability. Innovation types and processes for sustainability
- The circular economy and circular entrepreneurship. Designing opportunities, value proposition and business model.
- The sustainable enterprise. Strategy, supply chain, marketing, finance and reporting
- Focus on marketing and use of behavioral economy for sustainability
- Social enterprise
Teaching methods
The course uses:
- presentation and critical discussion of theories and concepts
- real case studies to be discussed in teams and presented
- design thinking simulations

The course -depending on the rules applied in the second semester_ will be either totally provided in class or in FLIPPED mode (slides and readings on conceptual issues available on line on Kiro platform and lectures in class for small groups for case discussions and exercises)
