Prerequisites
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide the student with the knowledge of functional adaptations occurring in the different apparatus when physical activity is carried out in special and extraordinary environmental conditions. Immediate and long-term physiological adaptations will be addressed while the body tries to maintain its balance despite the environmental challenge.
Also, muscular adaptation to different types of workouts and differences in age-related athletic potential will be addressed
