Learning outcomes
The couse, in addition to the introductory concept of "organization", provides some basic knowledge on the subject of organizational behavior. Skills (including the so-called transversal skills) and organizational well-being are interpreted and proposed as opportunities for individual and organizational development and offer the opportunity to introduce other relevant behavioral issues involved in individual and organizational development.
Therefore, the objectives of the course are: to understand the complexity and breadth of the issues related to organizational behavior in order to develop in students greater awareness and a critical (and self-critical) spirit to interpret and / or influence their own actions as well as ohers' ones , within companies (Dublin Descriptors 1, 2 and 3); to encourage easier insertion of the student in the company by developing sensitivity to the issues (also to stimulate students to identify, for example, their own needs and motivations, strengths and weaknesses, skills, etc.) which are also useful for supporting decision-making, communication and learning (Dublin Descriptors 4 and 5) in multiple organizational contexts. These training objectives are pursued with a balance between theory, practice and experiences extrapolated from real cases. In particular, the teaching method includes traditional frontal teaching, mini-case studies, videos, testimonials from managers and / or entrepreneurs, role playing and / or individual and / or group projects to support interactive teaching.
