Learning outcomes
The course aims at providing students with sufficient basic knowledge for the application of the quality and safety criteria in all fields of interest for biologists.
Course contents
The topics are related to the application of quality criteria for process control, test methods, environment, safety of the workplace, and food production.
Both the main voluntary standards and the European and national rules on the quality criteria applications will be described:
ISO 9001, ISO 17025, IS0 15189, ISO 14000, Legislative Decree 81/2008, EC Regulation 852/2004, EC Regulation 853/2004 and EC Regulation 2073/2005
