Course contents
SKILLS TO ACQUIRE:
- Seek, understand and analyze the data provided by the literature;
- Learn more about the technical and functional characteristics of equipments and laboratory materials (ergometers, gas analyzers, force platforms, surface EMG ,
bioimpedentiometry, motion analysis tools, etc.);
-Study of specific functional parameters such as HRV (Heart Rate Variability), CP (Critical Power), FTP (Functional Threshold Power), MLSS (Maximal Lactate steady state), EPOC (Excess postexercise Oxygen Consumption), Isocapnic buffering, etc.
. Analyze the collected data and connect them properly, even from a statistical point of view;
. Structuring work protocols;
- Deepen the concept of exercise prescription
