Prerequisites
For an optimal understanding of the contents of the Clinical Pharmacology module, knowledge of Physiology and General Pharmacology is required
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be required to:
a) describe and interpret the therapeutic and adverse effects induced on the various organs and systems;
b) evaluate the risk / benefit ratio of drugs in different conditions of therapeutic use;
c) correctly select and use drugs for the treatment of serious diseases.
Course contents
The Clinical Pharmacology module is part of the integrated course of"Pharmacology 2".
Module contents: Pharmacology of the nervous system: antipsychotics, antiepileptics, drugs for Parkinson's disease and for dementia

The verification of learning of this module consists in an interview on the contents of the module and is part of the exam of the integrated course "PHARMACOLOGY 2".
