Prerequisites
Before taking the exam, the student must have taken the exams of Constitutional Law and International Law.
Learning outcomes
The module aims at the acquisition of theoretical knowledge on the subject.
Course contents
The course aims to contribute to the realization of some of the objectives of the UN Agenda 2030, with particular attention to goals 3, 4, 5, 11, 16. The first module consists of lectures, seminars, aimed at acquiring the necessary knowledge on the subject: 1) the principle of non-discrimination and the need for social inclusion; 2) rights of the minor in and out of the family of origin (in particular the foreign minor and his family); 3) the rights of people with disabilities (education, work, accessibility). The second module consists of external practical exercises in associations aimed at defending the rights of minors and people with disabilities. Alternatively, legal counter activities are provided; advocacy activities and, in collaboration with schools, street law.

Assessment methods
Discussion with the teacher of a report written by the student at the end of the internship experience.
