Knowing the rational basis of psychometry, also in an historical perspective
Knowing the principles of use of the main categories of tests
Knowing the informations that tests can (or cannot) offer
Being able to hypothesize a rational programme of use of tests
Being able to use the most common tests (in particular those more commonly administered by a Child Neuropsychomotor Therapist)
