Prerequisites
Students are required to pass the Clinical Psychology exam to access the Applied Clinical Psychology course. Basic knowledge of psychopathology and differential diagnosis are also required
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to enable the acquisition of advanced knowledge of applied clinical psychology.
The following learning objectives are defined:
1. Knowledge of the different areas of psychological interventions and techniques in the clinical settings, supported by efficacy and implementation studies;
2. Conceptualization of the clinical case;
3. Drafting of clinical reports and presentation of multidisciplinary teams;
5. Critical reading of the scientific literature, ability to search for scientific clinical material.
Course contents
The course has a total duration of 54 hours and will encompass issues concerning prevention, assessement (Beck Scale, MADRS, YMRS) and psychosocial rehabilitation interventions.
During the course, exercises will focus on the analysis of clinical cases and the drafting of technical reports.
A significant part of the course will be dedicated to diagnosis and treatment of Mood Disorders

Presentation and discussion of case reports (transcripts, documentaries, videos of clinical interviews)
